Commitment to QRM Principles Speeds Delivery

In 2004 Phoenix began work with the Center for Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) to speed delivery by reducing lead-times. Results so far have been dramatic. Lead times on docklite® have been slashed to only 3 days, down from 7-14. The lead times for many of the floodlights have been cut by 50%. And Phoenix isn't stopping there.

U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) ballast efficiency regulations prevent the sale of T12 magnetic ballasts after July 1, 2010.
Affected fixtures will require changes in design, part number, or descriptions to reflect these changes.
